About us

Alight Consulting GmbH is an IT and process consulting company and was founded in September 2012 by the two managing directors Dr Ralf Kuhn and Dr Habib Lejmi. The company has its headquarters in Ottobrunn. One focus of the company’s portfolio is the design, development and operation of software applications based on Microsoft technologies, in particular Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. In doing so, the company relies on the many years of experience and high technical know-how of its consultants. Its customers are mainly large and medium-sized enterprises.

At Alight, we enable your IT department to realise sustainable solutions for employees, customers, prospects and partners. To achieve this goal, our consultants provide you with their high level of technical know-how and their experience from projects in the field of large and medium-sized companies. IT solutions only deliver the expected added value when they implement processes intelligently: integrated, without media breaks and redundancies, cost-efficient and fast. We coordinate the goals with you, design strategies and solution plans, carry out implementations and are also happy to accompany you during the commissioning and design of the permanent operation of the solutions. ​​

A particular strength of Alight Consulting is our proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft SharePoint, preferably in combination with SAP and other standard software. Our team has always implemented large-scale projects in this environment very successfully over several years and has gained extraordinary experience in this way.
