Support

Since our founding, we have been offering our customers smooth operation and reliable support for solutions developed by us as well as existing ones. We have been supporting our customers for several years and guarantee 2nd and 3rd– line support, which can also be used worldwide. We set up a corresponding hotline for your enquiries. If required, we also conduct additional training for the application and the support environment with your employees.

SharePoint infrastructure

We set up your SharePoint infrastructure for you from the very beginning and help you holistically with the planning, set-up, maintenance and further development. Daily monitoring is also often requested by our customers and we are happy to provide this. Alight currently supports customers from the manufacturing, automotive and pharmaceutical industries in this area and would also be happy to support your IT team in the implementation.

Current customer projects

In the area of operations & support, we have already successfully realised numerous projects for our customers from a wide range of industries. Among others, we have supported customers from the automotive industry, pharmaceutical industry, energy sector and production in various projects. Some of our main activities were the development of a policy management system, the introduction of a document management system and the provision of a worldwide 24/7 2nd-line and 3rd-line support.

Technical details

The servers run via SharePoint On-Premises or Microsoft 365 cloud-based. We use proven methods such as ITIL and Prince2 Agile. Many of our experts are certified in these areas.

As tools, we prefer to use our own platform Alight.target for support and project development, as well as DevOps for development and test management. Of course, we are also happy to work on platforms provided by customers, such as HP-Service Center, Jira, SAP or ZenDesk.

We take responsibility for the overall solution tailored to your individual requirements, which our experts look after with a high level of personal commitment throughout the entire life cycle.
